The Army Physical Fitness Test Standards presentation displays multiple synchronized videos which show proper push-up and sit-up form. Each of the videos, which play simultaneously, display different angles of proper physical training form and execution.
The videos are narrated and outlined with instructions referenced straight from the FM 21-20, Army Physical Fitness Training. This software is extremely valuable for leaders to ensure that standards are understood by both soldiers taking and grading the physical fitness tests.
Other resources included in this program consist of individual's APFT required minimum and maximum in each event, and a physical fitness standards quiz. The quiz includes questions and video demonstrations to test the level of understanding that soldiers have about physical fitness standards. For example, one question includes a video of a soldier performing push-ups and the viewer is asked to answer how many push-ups the demonstrator correctly executed.
The Army Physical Fitness Test Standards software is extremely easy to use and requires no additional software on the computer which is being used. Everything is collected into one executable file, which means it's as simple as double clicking it and the program is running. The videos are played directly in the program and does not require the computer to have any additional video playing software.
