Our software products can be DOWNLOADED immediately after purchase. Advantages to this method are being able to use your purchased product immediately after purchase, saving time not waiting by the mail box and cost of shipping and handling.
If you have purchased software products and do not know how to download them follow these directions:
- Sign into your account using your email address and password.
- Upon signing in you will be sent to the “My Account” page.
- In the center of the page there is a list titled “Purchased Software Products”. These are only the software products which you have purchased. Click the software product link you wish to download.
- Near the bottom of the software product page there is a “Download Software” icon. Click “Download Software.” You will be taken to the download page.
- At the download page, read the license agreement and check the “I agree and will comply with the LICENSE AGREEMENT” box.
- Click the “Download” button and a window will pop-up asking where to save this file.
- Save the file in an easy to remember location, such as your desktop.
- After the download is complete, go to where you downloaded the file and open it.
